Recipe - Banana Yogurt Shake

1 One half cup 2% lowfat milk
2 Ripe bananas; peeled
1 cup Plain yogurt
One fourth cup Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 ds Nutmeg
5 Ice cubes
Preparation :15 Cook :00 Stand :00 Total :15
Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender and blend until thick
and creamy. Add ice cubes one at a time and blend until smooth.
Note: Vanilla yogurt can be substituted for plain yogurt and vanilla.
