Recipe - Banana Wheat Bread

One fourth cup Honey
One fourth cup Water
1 Egg
One fourth cup Oil
One half teaspoon Vanilla
2 md Ripe bananas; cut or sliced up
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Poppy seeds (optional)
1 One half cup Bread flour
1 One half cup Wheat flour
1 tablespoon Yeast
One half cup Chopped walnuts

This is the recipe I have used for my Hitachi bread machine. We really like
it. You could use all white flour instead of wheat if you like. I add the
walnuts at the beginning with other ingred. It seems to mix better. You can
also add One half tsp of cinnamon if you like. We like it better without. Sandy
