Recipe - Banana Treat

1 Fully ripened plantain
(black), halved
Ngthwise e
Butter or margarine;
softened
Bown sugar

Place prepared banana in microwaveable dish and spread a thin layer of
softened butter across the plantain. Sprinkle with brown sugar to cover
plantain. Cover with plastic wrap and cook in microwave on medium heat for
about 3 minutes.
