Recipe - Banana Spice Cookies

One half cup Shortening
1 cup Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Mashed bananas (2)
2 cup Flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Cloves

Mix well shortening, sugar & eggs. Stir in bananas. Mix dry
ingredients & stir in. Chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 375. Drop rounded
Tbls. of dough 2" apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 810
minutes.
