Recipe - Banana Sauce

One half cup Sugar
1 cup Water
3 BANANAS
2 Eggs
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 pn Salt
Boil onehalf cup of sugar
and one cup of
Water together until the
mixture threads.
Remove from heat; add three
peeled
Bananas; two tablespoons of
lemon juice,
And the two well beaten
eggs.
Add the pinch of salt and
mash and beat
Until smooth.
This is a delicious hot
sauce for
Puddings
Yield: Sauce for 3 servings
