Recipe - Banana Rice Pudding

3 cup Rice milk or nonfat milk
1 cup Short grain rice (arborio,
Sweet, etc)
3 Bananas, mashed (I assume
They meant to say "very ripe
Bananas")
One half teaspoon Nutmeg
Preheat over to 350F. Mix all together well and pour into a 1 One half qt
casserole. Bake for 1 to 1 One half hours, stirring occasionally, until rice is
tender. Makes 4 cups.
