Recipe - Banana Rice Bread (Gluten Free)

2 One half cup Rice flour
One half teaspoon Sea salt
1 tablespoon Baking powder
One fourth pound Butter; room temperature
2/3 cup Honey
2 Eggs
1 One half cup Bananas; mashed
One half cup Chopped nuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 9inch loaf pan.
Combine rice flour, salt, and baking powder and set aside. In an electric
mixer cream the butter and honey. Add the eggs and beat well. Blend in the
bananas and the dry ingredients. Stir vigorously and add the nuts. Pour
mixture into the pan and bake 1 hour, or until the bread test done.
