Recipe - Banana Oatmeal Muffins

1 One half cup Flour
1 cup Rolled oats
One half cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
One fourth cup Canola oil
One fourth cup 1% lowfat milk
1 cup Mashed bananas; 3 medium
In a large bowl measure dry ingredients. Stir to mix. Make a well in
center. In a small bowl beat eggs until frothy. Mix in oil, milk and
bananas. Pour into well. Stir just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
Fill greased muffin cups Three fourths full. Bake at 400 degrees for 2025 mins.
