Recipe - Banana Granola Bread

REG LOAF
2/3 cup WATER
1 One fourth cup WHITE BREAD FLOUR
Three fourths cup WHEAT BREAD FLOUR
4 teaspoon DRY MILK
1 teaspoon SALT
4 teaspoon BUTTER
One half cup MASHED BANANAS
One half cup GRANOLA
4 teaspoon MOLASSES
One fourth cup CHOPPED WALNUTS
One fourth cup DRIED BANANA CHIPS
1 teaspoon FASTRISE YEAST or 1 1/2
tsp. ACTIVE DRY YEAST
lg LOAF:
1 cup WATER
2 cup WHITE BREAD FLOUR
1 cup WHEAT BREAD FLOUR
2 tablespoon DRY MILK
1 One half teaspoon SALT
2 tablespoon BUTTER
One half cup MASHED BANANAS
Three fourths cup GRANOLA
One fourth cup MOLASSES
1/3 cup CHOPPED WALNUTS
1/3 cup DRIED BANANA CHIPS
2 teaspoon FASTRISE YEAST or 3 tsp.
ACTIVE DRY YEAST
Mash bananas well and measure after mashing. Use your favorite granola mix.
This is a nice moist bread, not as sweet as the ingredients may suggest.
