2 One half cup Better for Bread Oour
1 cup Wheat Flour
One half cup Toasted wheat germ or bran
1/3 cup Instant nontat dry milk
2 tablespoon Gluten
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Banana;ripe/ cut or sliced up
Three fourths cup Mission figs;dried/quartered
stem tips removed
2 Egg whites
1 tablespoon Canola;or veg. oil
2 tablespoon Malt extract;(or honey)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Very warm water
Add all the ingredients into the pan in the order listed Select white
breadand push "Start". Filled with fruits and fibers this flavorful
twoandahalf pound loaf provides the RDA forpotassium in two halfround
