Recipe - Banana Eggnog

1 Ripe banana, cut or sliced up into
thin pieces
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Cold milk
2 tablespoon Maple syrup
Beat together banana, egg and sugar until well blended and smooth. Add milk
and maple syrup and beat until combined. Pour into chilled glasses. This
has a very delicate banana flavor.
