Recipe - Banana Crunch Muffins

One half cup Whole wheat flour
One half cup White flour
One half cup Barley/wheat nuggets (grape
nuts)
One half cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One fourth cup Egg substitute
2 Mashed bananas
In a small bowl mix all dry ingredients together. In a larger bowl mix all
wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Bake for
2025 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean) in a 350 degree oven.
This recipe makes about 10 muffins.
