Recipe - Banana Cream Cheese Frosting

One half cup Butter; at room temperature
12 ounce Cream cheese; at room
temperature

One fourth cup Sour cream
1 lg Banana; mashed
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 ds Freshly grated nutmeg
1 pack Confectioners' sugar; (16
ounce)
Beat the butter, cream cheese, and sour cream together in a large bowl
until light. Add the banana, vanilla, nutmeg, and sugar, mixing well until
fluffy. Spread over cooled cake if using as a frosting. Keep refrigerated
until serving time. Yield: 2 One half cups
