Recipe - Banana Cranberry Cream

3 Ripe bananas
1 pack Unflavored gelatin
One fourth cup Cold water
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 ounce Cranberry liqueur
One half pt Cream, whipped

peel and slice bananas. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Combine cut or sliced up
bananas, gelatin, sugar, lemon juice and cranberry liqueur, Blend in
blender until smooth. Partially freeze mixture. Fold in whipped cream and
freeze. serves 6 to 8
