Recipe - Banana Chocolate Muffins

1 Three fourths cup All purpose flour
One half cup Granulated sugar
3 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1 Egg
One fourth cup Cooking oil
One fourth cup Milk
1 cup Mashed bananas (3 medium)
Measure first five ingredients into large bowl. Mix thoroughly and make a
well in center. Beat egg until frothy. Mix in oil, milk and banana. Pour
into well. Stir only to moisten. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin
tins Three fourths full. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Yield 12 24
muffins (depending on size).
