Recipe - Banana Butterscotch Bread

1 Stick butter
2 Eggs
Three fourths cup Sugar
3 Ripe bananas; mashed
2 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Baking soda
Three fourths teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
Three fourths cup Butterscotch morsels
Cream together butter, eggs and sugar. Add bananas. Then add flour, baking
powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg and blend together. Fold in
butterscotch morsels. Place in two greased loaf pans and bake at 350
degrees for 28 minutes.
