2 cup Bread flour ; 3 c
2 tablespoon Wheat germ ; 3 T
2 tablespoon Powdered milk ; 3 T
1 tablespoon Sugar ; 1 1/2T
1 teaspoon Salt ; 1 One half tsp
One half teaspoon Nutmeg ; Three fourths tsp
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil ; 1 One half T
Three fourths cup Banana; 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp
mashed
One half cup Sour cream; Three fourths cup
or plain yogurt
One fourth cup Water ; One fourth cup plus 1T
One half cup Raisins; Three fourths cup
or chopped nuts

NOTES : This recipe has TOO MUCH LIQUID! I tried the 1 lb. loaf, and it
mixed up in the machine much more like a batter than a bread
I had to add an extra Three fourths cup of flour before it formed a ball.
