Recipe - Banana Beer (Aka Jungle Juice)

1 Ripe banana; mashed
1 Egg
1 Egg white
One fourth cup Milk
One half teaspoon Vanilla
2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
4 sl Whole grain bread

Beat the banana, egg, egg white, milk and vanilla together in a small bowl.
Warm the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Dip each
piece of bread into the batter, turning them to coat both sides. Fry until
brown on both sides. Serve with yogurt and fresh fruit, fruit syrup, etc.
