Recipe - Banana Apricot Bread

2 cup Sifted allpurpose flour
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Chopped dried apricots
Three fourths cup Mashed ripe bananas
One half cup Milk
1 lg Egg
One fourth cup Butter; melted
Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350ø. Sift dry ingredients together. Add apricots. Combine
remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until well
blended. Turn into a 9x5 glass loaf pan that has been greased and lined
with wax paper. Bake at 350ø for 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan for 10
minutes, then turn out on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yield: 1
loaf.
