Recipe - Banana-Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
Banana-Sweet Potato Casserole recipe makes 12 Muffins
2 cup Sweet Potato; cooked and
mashed
1 cup Mashed bananas
One half cup Sour cream
1 Egg
One half teaspoon Salt
Three fourths teaspoon Curry powder
Mix all ingredients. Beat until smooth; put into greased 1 quart casserole
dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
