Recipe - Balsmic Glazed Steak

One fourth cup Balsamic vinegar
3 lg Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Cracked black pepper
2 pound Top round steak; 1 1/2"
thick
In a plastic ziptop bag, combine all ingredients; seal and shake to coat
steak. Chill at least 2 hours, turning once. Heat broiler. Place steak on a
broiler rack. Broil 20 mins. for medrare, turning once. Let stand 10 mins.
before slicing.
