Recipe - Balkan Cornmeal Mush (Polenta)

3 cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Stone ground corn meal
3 tablespoon Chopped fresh dill
4 ounce Crumbled feta cheese
TOPPING
1 cup Tomato sauce
One half Lemon; juice of
Fresh ground black pepper.
Boil water and salt. add stone ground corn meal, cook several minutes.
Stir in chopped fresh dill and feta cheese.
Serve topped with tomato sauce, adjusted as follows: To 1 cup tomato sauce
add the juice of One half lemon plus fresh ground black pepper.
