Recipe - Bakewell Tart

1 (9inch) unbaked pie crust
4 tablespoon Butter
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Egg
One half cup Cake crumbs
One half cup Ground almonds
One fourth teaspoon Almond extract
1 teaspoon Milk
1 tablespoon Raspberry jam
Cream butter & sugar; add egg & beat well. Add cake crumbs, almonds,
extract & milk; mix thoroughly. Spread jam over pie crust & fill with
mixture. Bake at
400 for 30 minutes.
