Recipe - Bakers Secret Sugar Cookie Hearts

Categories: Holidays, Cookies, Bakers Secret Sugar Cookie Hearts
Ingredients:

4 Squares Baker's unsweetened
chocolate
One fourth cup Butter; (One half stick)
One fourth cup Prune puree or Lighter Bake
2 cup Sugar
3 lg Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Flour
1 cup Chopped nuts; optional

1. Heat oven to 350 F. (325 F for glass baking dish).

2. Microwave chocolate and butter in a large bowl on HIGH power 1 minute or
until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. NOTE:
adjust time/power of microwave if needed... my microwave will scorch the
chocolate if I go too long on HIGH power).

3. Stir prune puree and sugar into chocolate until well blended. Mix in
eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts until well blended. Spread into a
greased, foillined 9x13" pan.

4. Bake 28 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes
out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan; cut into squares.

Makes 24 fudgy brownies
