Recipe - Baked Winter Squash

1 md Butternut squash
1 tablespoon Applesauce
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
1 tablespoon Molasses
2 tablespoon Orange juice
1/8 teaspoon Ginger, ground
1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
Peel squash. Cut squash into slices about 1/2inch thick. Lay in baking
dish. Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, covered.
