Three fourths pound Salmon, whole; or trout
2 tablespoon Butter; or margarine
2 cup Asst vegetables; cut or sliced up
4 sl Bacon
Cover broiler pan rack with foil. Place bed of assorted cut or sliced up vegetables
on foil. Lay fish on vegetables and put bacon slices on fish. Bake at 425F
for 2030 minutes or until flesh flakes easily with fork. Transport fish
and vegetables to platter
