Recipe - Baked Turkey Salad

2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 cup Celery; thinly cut or sliced up
One half cup Onion; chopped
One half cup Mayonnaise type salad
dressing
One half cup Light sour cream
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half pound Cooked turkey breast; cut
into cubes
One half cup Slivered almonds; toasted
6 ounce Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Heat oil in a large heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add celery
and onion and sauté 4 minutes, or until tender.
3. Remove from heat and stir in next 3 ingredients and salt and pepper to
taste until well blended.
4. Add turkey, almonds and mushrooms. Toss to coat well. Transfer to an
ovenproof casserole.
5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake 2530 minutes until bubbly.
