Recipe - Baked Turkey Loaf (Lf)

1 One half pound Ground turkey
One half md Onion finely chopped
Celery stalk finely
Chopped
One fourth cup Fresh parsley minced
1 tablespoon Bell pepper finely
Chopped
One half cup Wholewheat bread crumbs
Toasted
One fourth cup Skim milk or chicken
Stock
Egg white slightly
Beaten
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper freshly
Ground
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano crushed
10 ml Garlic crushed
PER SERVING

Mix all ingredients until just blended. Do not overmix. Press the mixture
into a 4 x 9inch nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve hot with Mushroom Glaze (see recipe same name) or serve cold. Makes 6
servings.
