Recipe - Baked Turkey Loaf

1 One half pound Ground turkey
One half md Onion; finely chopped
Celery stalk; finely chopped
One fourth cup Fresh parsley; minced
1 tablespoon Bell pepper; finely chopped
One half cup Wholewheat bread crumbs;
toasted
One fourth cup Skim milk; or chicken stock
Egg white; slightly beaten
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper; freshly ground
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano; crushed
10 ml Garlic; crushed
PER SERVING

*gm fat
*mg sodium
Mix all ingredients until just blended. Do not overmix. Press the mixture
into a 4 x 9inch nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve hot with Mushroom Glaze (see recipe same name) or serve cold. Makes 6
servings.
