Recipe - Baked Stuffed Yams With Chipped Beef

One half cup Dried beef; chopped
One fourth cup Hot milk
4 Louisiana yams; baked
2 tablespoon Onion; finely chopped
3 tablespoon Butter or margarine
One half cup Cheddar cheese; grated
Combine dried beef and milk in mixing bowl. Cut yams in half lengthwise and
scoop out centers. Combine yams, beefmilk mixture, onion, and butter. Beat
until light and fluffy. Fill yam shells with mixture. Sprinkle cheese on
top. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 20 minutes.
