Recipe - Baked Smoked Chicken Apple Sausage With Cider Sauce

2 cup Apple cider
1 Bottle lager beer or ale
One half cup Chicken stock
One half cup Firmly packed brown sugar
3 tablespoon Cider vinegar
3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
6 Links AidellsŪ smoked
chicken and apple sausage;
cut or sliced up 1inch thick
Bring cider, lager and stock to a boil in a heavy saucepan over mediumhigh
heat. Boil about 8 minutes. Whisk sugar, vinegar and mustard in a small
bowl until reduced to 2 One fourth cups, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375° F. Place sausages in a baking dish and spoon over the
sauce. Bake until sausage is heated through, about 15 minutes. Serve.
