Recipe - Baked Shoyu Chicken

2 pound Chicken (salt and pepper;
then flour and fry)
SAUCE
1/3 cn Chicken broth
1/8 cup Shoyu
1/8 cup Mirin
MSG
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Sugar
1 sl Ginger; crushed
Place chicken in pan and pour sauce over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to
40 minutes.
