Recipe - Baked Rockfish With Ginger-Lime Sauce

Ingredients:

Stephen Ceideburg
1 1/3 pound Rockfish fillets
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
1 One half tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Finely grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoon Lime juice
2 tablespoon Ketchup

Place the fish fillets on a rack set in a pan (or use a broiling pan), and
sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated 450degree oven 12
minutes per inch of thickness. Test for doneness.

While the fish is cooking melt the margarine in a small saucepan. Add the
ginger, lime juice and ketchup. Stir until blended and hot.
