Recipe - Baked Pumpkin

4 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 cup Pumpkin (canned or fresh)
One half cup Flour
1 pn Salt & baking soda (ea.)
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Cinnamon sugar (or just
Cinnamon) for topping
Put the butter in a dish or pan measuring 8x8, 9x9, or 7x11; melt while
heating the oven to 450^. Put remaining ingredients in blender and whirl
until smooth. Pour into the melted butter and sprinkle top with cinnamon
(or cinnamonsugar). Bake for 2530 minutes. Serve as a side dish.
