Recipe - Baked Pinapple

1 cn (16oz) crushed pineapple;
drained
3 Eggs
One half cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
One fourth pound Butter
6 sl Bread; cubed
Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour together and pour into a 1 quart
casserole. Melt butter and stir in bread cubes gently to coat. Put buttered
cubes on top of casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350ø for 30 minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
