Recipe - Baked Peach French Toast

12 sl French Bread; 1 inch thick
3 ounce Cream cheese; softened
1 cn Peach slices; drained
One fourth cup Nuts; chopped
1 cup Milk
1/3 cup Maple syrup
3 lg Eggs
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine; melted
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preheat oven to 400. Spread cream cheese onto both sides of bread slices
using Icing Spreader. Place bread into 9"x13" Baker. Prick bread slices 34
times with Hold 'N Slice. Top bread slices with peach halves. Chop nuts
with Food Chopper; sprinkle over peaches. Combine remaining ingredients in
Classic 2Qt Batter Bowl; whisk with 10" Whisk. Pour egg mixture over
bread. Bake 2025 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
NOTES : Variation: substitute 1 large apple for peach slices.
