Ingredients:
Baked Orange Pork Chops recipe makes 6 Servings
2 pound Lean pork chops, thick
Salt and pepper
2 Oranges, cut or sliced up thin
One half cup Orange juice
2 tablespoon Flour
Arrange pork chops in a casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour
and top with orange slices. Pour juice over the top and cover with orange
slices. Cover. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 One half hours or until
