Recipe - Baked Omelet

4 lg Eggs
One fourth cup Water
One half teaspoon Salt
One half pound Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
OR Swiss cheese shredded
One half cup Red bell pepper, minced
One fourth cup Fresh chives, minced
GARNISH
Red and Green Bell Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter a shallow 1 One half quart baking dish.
Whisk togher the eggs, water and salt in a medium sized bowl.
Pour mixture into baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese, bell pepper and
chives.
Bake 15 20 minutes OR until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
Garnish with slices of bell pepper.
