Recipe - Baked Liver With Apples

1 pound Beef liver; cut or sliced up
2 md Apples; chopped
1 md Onion; chopped
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
6 sl Bacon; cut in pieces
One fourth cup Water; or beef bouillon
Place liver in greased shallow casserole. cover with apples, onion, salt,
and pepper. Top with bacon pieces and add liquid. Bake, covered, at 325
degrees for 1One half hours, removing cover during last 20 minutes of baking.
