Recipe - Baked Lemon Fish

1 One half pound Fish fillets (sole;
flounder)
2 tablespoon Fresh parsley; chopped
1 Lemon (6 wedges)
1 tablespoon Oil
Salt and fresh ground pepper
or lemon pepper; to taste
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

In bottom of shallow baking or broiling pan, spread oil,lemon juice, and
pepper. Swish fish around in pan, coating both sides. Sprinkle with
parsley. Broil 34 minutes on each side or until edges are browned. Serve
with lemon wedges and sprinkle with salt or additional lemon pepper.
