Recipe - Baked Lemon Chicken With Vegetables

4 Boneless skinless chicken
breasts, (4 5 ounce breasts)
1 Clove garlic; crushed
One half teaspoon Oregano
One half teaspoon Black pepper; fresh ground
2 md Zucchini squash; cut or sliced up
1 md Green pepper; cut in strips
One half cup Low sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon White wine
Place chicken in a casserole dish. Top with the garlic, other seasonings,
and the vegetables. Pour in broth, lemon juice and wine.
Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is
cooked through.
Serving Ideas : rice, brown rice, pasta
