Recipe - Baked Lamb Cutlets In Honey Sesame Marinade

Ingredients:

2 Three fourths tablespoon Light soy sauce
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 Three fourths teaspoon Dry sherry
1 Three fourths tablespoon Honey
1/8 teaspoon Fivespice powder
Three fourths teaspoon Sesame oil
Three fourths teaspoon Sesame seeds
8 Lamb rib chops; trimmed

Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 35 min, plus refrigeration time.

Combine all ingredients, except lamb, in a bowl. Place lamb chops in a
shallow dish and add marinade. Cover and refrigerate several hours or
overnight. Preheat oven to 350øF. Place lamb chops on a wire rack over a
baking dish. Bake about 35 minutes, brushing with marinade occasionally, or
until lamb chops are tender.
