Recipe - Baked Honey Custard

One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Almond extract
4 Eggs
2 One half cup Milk
One half cup Honey
Beat eggs slightly with fork; add honey, milk, salt and almond extract.
Pour into custard cups (or bake dish). Place in pan and pour boiling water
(2 inches) around cups. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes
or until center is firm. Remove from water to cool. Chill, unmold or serve
in cups plain or with favorite sauce. Makes 6 servings.
