Recipe - Baked Ham With Mustard Sauce

1 Fully cooked bonein ham
1 cup Brown sugar
One fourth cup Dijon mustard or other
2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
Place ham on rack, fat side up in roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer,
not by bone. Bake uncovered, 325 F, 1820 mins per lb. 30 mins before ham
is done, remove from oven. Score in a crosscross fashion, 1/8" in and 1"
apart. Glaze ham. Bake an additional 30 mins.
