Recipe - Baked Filet Of Sole

1 Jar cut or sliced up mushrooms; (4oz)
One half cup Pecan pieces
3 tablespoon Butter; melted
Salt and pepper
5 One half pound Sole filets
1 Egg; well beaten
One fourth cup Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Fine bread crumbs
Parsley and lemon slices
Saute mushrooms in melted butter until mushrooms are lightly browned. Stir
in chopped pecans; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Spread mixture on
filets. Roll tightly and skewer with toothpicks. Combine eggs, milk and
salt. Dip fish in egg mixture then roll in bread crumbs. Place in well
greased 8" square baking dish. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven about 20
minutes or until fish flakes easily. 46 serv. Garnish with parsley and
lemon slices.
