Recipe - Baked Filet Of Flounder

8 small Or
4 lg Flounder filets
1 cn (large) mediumsize shrimp
1 cn (large) mushrooms
4 tablespoon Butter
4 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 ds Each paprika & parsley
Cut aluminum foil in 12inch square for each peice of fish. Arrange fish in
center of square. Divide shrimp & put on fish. Make thick white sauce with
flour, milk, butter & salt. Stir in lemon juice & pour over fish. Add
paprika & parsley. Fold foil on top so the liquid will not drain out. Place
on cookie sheet & bake at 425 for 40 minutes.
