2 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoon Soft bread crumbs
2 Eggs
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 ounce Cream cheese
2 ounce Smoked salmon; cut or sliced up
2 ounce Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
1 Tomato; thickly cut or sliced up

Sprinkle grated cheddar over the salmon. Put 1 fat tomato slice (from

of the bread crumbs over each dish and bake in 350 oven for 8 to 15 minutes

until tops are browned and slightly crisp. Serve at once.

Suggested Wine: Chablis or dry gewurtztraminer
