Recipe - Baked Chicken Salad

3 cup Chopped; cooked chicken
1 One half cup Celery; cut or sliced up
1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
sl Tomato
1 One half cup Crushed potato chips
Combine chicken, celery, One half cup cheese, onion, lemon juice, seasonings &
enough mayonnaise to moisten. Mix lightly. Spoon into a 1One half quart
casserole & top with tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Top with
remaining cheese & chips & continue baking until cheese is melted. Serves
6.
