Recipe - Baked Chicken Parmesean

Ingredients:
Baked Chicken Parmesean recipe makes 4 Servings
3 pound Broiler fryer; cut up;
skinned
Three fourths cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Corn flake crumbs
One half cup Parmesan cheese
Brush chicken with mayonaise: coat with combined remaining ingredients.
Place in 9+13 inch bakiang dish. Bake at 350° 1 hour or until tender.
NOTES : Variations Substitute 1 pound fish fillets for chicken.. Reduce
mayo to 1/3 cup, crumbs to One half cup and parmesan cheese to One fourth cup. Reduce
baking time to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
