Recipe - Baked Cheese Potatoes

4 One half ounce Camembert cheese
8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
One fourth cup Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dried marjoram leaves
2 Eggs
2 Green onions (with tops),
cut or sliced up
Paprika
32 Thin slices French bread
Remove rind from Camembert cheese and let cheese stand until room
temperature.
Mix cheeses and remaining ingredients except paprika and bread on low speed
until smooth. Pour into greased 1quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake uncovered in 350F oven until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out
clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with French bread. 32 servings; 85 calories
per serving.
